A classic 90's example of how to make a great coupe. Also Fiat seemed to predict the future some what by putting a 2 litre engine in this and banged a turbo and extra cylinder (making it 5 cylinders) on it for good measure. With 220bhp on tap you won't be short on power. However if you buy one make sure its cambelt has been done as this is a bitch of a job. But much like the GTV this car screams Italian style.
The MX5 of the Fiat world only withh front wheel drive and you will only find it with the steering wheel on the wrong side. However just like the MX5 the Barchetta is light weight, so the power it has it uses well. Simple machanics means besides the engine not much should go wrong. Remember what Richard Hammond did with one of these on a Top Gear Christmas special? So make sure you buy wisely, check for rush and history.
